1. Welcome guess and visitors in friendly manner and address any inquires they may have. 2. Answer incoming calls, take messages, and forward calls where necessary. 3. Receive, sort and distribute daily of mail or courier. 4. Manage good condition and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office especially reception and common area by coordinating with the cleaner and pest control vendor. 5. Preparing meeting rooms and refreshments for meetings and guests. 6. Monitor and replenish pantry supplies. 7. Maintain and issue supplies of office supplies uniform, PPE equipment and keep a record of the same with regular stock audit. 8. Manage and assist front desk activities. 9. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repair and improvements with vendor where necessary. 10. Maintain a key of company car reservation and usage, including vehicle maintenance, toll and fuel usage. 11. Register and sign in visitors, ensuring follow security protocols. 12. Handle general administration task including filling, photocopy, data entry, housekeeping and etc. 13. Any other tasks assigned by higher management.
