  • Lead and mentor the documentation management support team, effectively allocating tasks to ensure timely completion of operations.
  • Monitor data entry accuracy to maintain data integrity and reliability within the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation issues and gather additional information as needed.
  • Actively engage in decision-making processes to tackle operational challenges and drive enhancements in customer satisfaction and efficiency.
