  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement & Store Officer at Hospital Picaso located in Petaling Jaya. The Procurement & Store Officer will be responsible for stock control, stock management, purchase orders, inventory control, and inventory management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education is Diploma
  • Procurement and Purchasing in hospital experience
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft especially in Excel
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience in hospital supply chain and procurement is a plus
