Account Manager

Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The Account Manager drives revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the client relationship to ensure that clients are informed and satisfied with the Envana product.
  • Proactively addresses client concerns and issues to prevent escalation.
  • Develops a deep understanding of client's business needs and goals
  • Provides a tailored solution to meet client needs
  • Sets and achieves ambitious sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
  • Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential
  • Negotiates contracts and deals that meet both the client's and the company's needs
  • Stays current on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Presents data and recommendations to Company leadership.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Uses data insights to inform account strategies and drive growth

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to navigate complex sales negotiations
  • Conflict resolution expertise

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Advanced degree or certification such as PMP is preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years in account management or sales in SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an office setting.
  • Regular use of a computer, including typing and screen-based tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and via email.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Some overnight travel may be required
