Account Manager
Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The Account Manager drives revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the client relationship to ensure that clients are informed and satisfied with the Envana product.
- Proactively addresses client concerns and issues to prevent escalation.
- Develops a deep understanding of client's business needs and goals
- Provides a tailored solution to meet client needs
- Sets and achieves ambitious sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential
- Negotiates contracts and deals that meet both the client's and the company's needs
- Stays current on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Presents data and recommendations to Company leadership.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Uses data insights to inform account strategies and drive growth
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex sales negotiations
- Conflict resolution expertise
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Advanced degree or certification such as PMP is preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years in account management or sales in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Work is performed in an office setting.
- Regular use of a computer, including typing and screen-based tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and via email.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.
- Some overnight travel may be required
