Job Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Senior Executive.
  • Assist in daily coordination and administration works internally, report direct to superior.
  • Assist in monitoring the Weekly Progress Updates for all departments via task/project tracker.
  • Prepare reports and documents related to Administrative & Reporting tasks.
  • Handling Minute of Meeting (MoM) with middle & top management.
  • Maintain contact lists from various stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • To conduct immediate admin task provided by top management.
  • Ad Hoc task given by head/top management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management is and related discipline to the field of work.
  • Proficient in English and Malay languages.
  • Candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience is the best to apply.
  • Eager to learn new things.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good critical thinking and research skills.
