Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Senior Executive.
- Assist in daily coordination and administration works internally, report direct to superior.
- Assist in monitoring the Weekly Progress Updates for all departments via task/project tracker.
- Prepare reports and documents related to Administrative & Reporting tasks.
- Handling Minute of Meeting (MoM) with middle & top management.
- Maintain contact lists from various stakeholders (internal & external).
- Make travel arrangements.
- To conduct immediate admin task provided by top management.
- Ad Hoc task given by head/top management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Business Management is and related discipline to the field of work.
- Proficient in English and Malay languages.
- Candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience is the best to apply.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Good critical thinking and research skills.
