Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role based in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Prepare job descriptions, post job advertisements, and screen resumes.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selections.
- Organize orientation and training programs for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Support employee training and development programs.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
- Experience in all aspects of Human Resources (HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu.
- Preferred to local candidates who understand the regional work culture
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- The ideal candidate must be willing to be based at our HQ in Kuching for a specified period before transitioning to their designated location.
- Possess 3 years of experience in HR.
