Job Description: • Assign assessments within team. • Give estimated completion time per task to members of the team. • Notify other team leads, supervisor, and manager of at-risk runs. • Approve necessary time sheets. • Assist with issues or roadblocks causing delay or stop of work. • Report quality, productivity, or behavioral concerns to supervisor or manager. • Aid in implementation of new policies, processes, or procedures. • Facilitate training of newer assessment engineers. • Set up and run team huddles and other team meetings / activities. • Maintain high productivity on assessment tasks. • Generate Final Reports • Assessment of UT Data Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Engineering/Technology). • Expertise using Streamline and LQH software • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently, Strong problem solving skills.
