The Order Management Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Operation Lead of SEA Diagnostics Platform to optimize and streamline order management processes, ensuring seamless order execution, compliance and customer satisfaction across multiple selling units (3 OPCOs). This position is part of the Order Management Team located in Malaysia and will be fully on-site.

The Order Management Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Operation Lead of SEA Diagnostics Platform to optimize and streamline order management processes, ensuring seamless order execution, compliance and customer satisfaction across multiple selling units (3 OPCOs). This position is part of the Order Management Team located in Malaysia and will be fully on-site.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Order Processing and Management including but not limited to process purchase orders, manage the order cycle, and arrange shipping documents as per customer requirements.
- Documentation and Compliance to work with cross-functional teams to ensure all orders meet internal, external compliance standards and support tender submissions and ensure accurate documentation for government or institutional contracts.
- Customer and Inventory Management including but not limited to serve as the key contact for resolving order-related issues and customer escalations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Axapta and CRM systems such as SFDC/Microsoft CRM as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in order management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams, customers, and logistics partners.
- Ability to travel – 20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
- Handling export and import documentation, including customs clearance, Letters of Credit (LC), and freight forwarding coordination.
- Working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage shipments, resolve delivery issues
- Generating and analyzing order-related reports, such as backlog tracking, order cycle time, and fulfillment KPIs.
