We are seeking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Support Specialist to manage and address client inquiries related to our company’s proprietary accounting software. The new hire will be expected to take a proactive approach, remaining vigilant and responsive to ensure the continued progress and success of our company's operations.
Key Duties Include
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing support requests and system-related inquiries via calls and email.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate and appropriate system configurations to resolve software-related issues.
- Utilize remote access to troubleshoot and resolve software issues on customer workstations or servers.
- Take responsibility for meeting individual KPIs, contributing to team objectives, and adhering to established procedures.
- Perform data migration tasks and provide product training to end users, as needed.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions to support business requirements.
- Basic Salary (RM3000 – RM4500)

- Possess at least a diploma in any relevant field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Must have experience working with accounting software (1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred).
- Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
- Must be willing to be based fully on-site at Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
