As a growing electronics company, we're in search of a candidate who can demonstrate their expertise in establishing a solid foundation for our service team, particularly in the areas of ACMV installation & service. This role also involves serving as the go-to technical resource for our customer service team, aiding them in delivering top-notch troubleshooting solutions for our customers to ensure a seamless and speedy resolution.
This individual will serve as the cornerstone of technical hands-on knowledge for PRISM+ aircon products. They will be responsible for offering technical assistance, guidance, and support to both individual consumers and businesses encountering issues with our technical, hardware, and software systems. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Aircon Operations & Technical Manager.
Responsibilities of Senior ACMV Technician but are not limited to{{:}

- Installs, inspects, maintains, and repair various types and brand of all types of commercial and residential air conditioner s
- Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system s
- Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunction s
- Carries our repair works such as replacement of air con compressors, fan coil motors, et c
- Recommends appropriate repair and improvement works to customer s
- Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers' residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance service s
- Ensure all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Ac t
- Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manage r
- Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superviso r

- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting and repairing of air conditioner s
- Must be able to handle physical work due to job natur e
- Basic command of English, Malay spoken and writte n
- Responsible for providing air conditioning (air conditioning system) services, such as inspection, maintenance, installation, air conditioning failur e
- Provide monthly maintenance and operation services to customer s
- Effective handling of fault/emergency repairs and customer complaint s
- GDL driving licens e
- Minimum 1 year experience is require d
