  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

• Develop end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with the business in providing comprehensive business requirements that meet the business needs, taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs to implement seamless digital service experiences, ensuring alignment with Shariah principles. • Work closely with cross functional teams, including PAMB project team, IT, Operations, Product & Customer Service to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery. • Ensure timely project deliverable and quality outcome. • Discuss with the Workstream Lead on the enhancements that are needed. • Translate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing. • Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation. • Track outstanding defects and work with development team to resolve the tickets within the agreed timeline. • Develop training guides for the enhancements. • Explain and train the users in the system enhancements. • Perform operational readiness testing/verification (ORT) of the system when the system is launched (go live).
