Assistant Manager, Business Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Actively seek and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence. • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets. • Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy as well as involve in account management and account planning. • Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and optimize business growth. • Lead the creation of winning business proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, follow ups, and presentations. • Participate in RFPs and tenders for BPO business, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends. • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Advance Diploma or Higher/Graduate Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering and/or Information Technology is a bonus • At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment with a proven track record. • A "hunter" mentality in your sales approach, coupled with a strong work ethic and keen attention to details. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. • Composure under pressure with exceptional problem-solving abilities. • Results-oriented with a strong business acumen. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
