Job Summary

Reporting to Group Financial Controller and assist to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Accounts Department.

Job Description

• Responsible for oversee the day to day operations of the Accounts Department
• Assist BOD in areas such as internal control, compliance with internal policies and systems efficiency
• Manage all financial, accounting and tax compliance functions in accordance with statutory and tax requirements
• Prepare budget, forecast and analysis
• Preparation of audit and tax schedule for annual filing

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any professional certification in related field.
• Good organizational, interpersonal skills.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other statutory bodies/authorities - Assist Group Accountant in preparing annual budget and forecasts.
• Familiar with the reporting standards and requirements of a public listed company.
• Literacy in accounting software and other computer applications.
• Committed sense of urgency, responsible and hard working.
• Good in communication skills Bahasa Malaysia and English.
