- Manage daily replies, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist in preparation of meeting materials.
- Support team communications and ensure timely dissemination of information.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities.
- Make Claims and documentation accordingly.
- Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and Lark master list.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support for projects, including tracking progress and managing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support HR and finance functions by managing documentation, claims, and employee records.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelorĂ¢s degree in business administration, Management, or related fields.
- Language required: English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
- Able to speak and write in English is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- [Optional] Familiarity with education or tuition center operations is a plus.
