Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with government and university policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support monitoring of MOHE, MQA, and KDN regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in liaising with government agencies for licenses, permits, approvals, and accreditations.
  • Work with Deans and Heads of Departments to support regulatory documentation and compliance efforts.
  • Assist in the coordination MQA accreditation processes, including assessment visits.
  • Support quality assurance processes and provide guidance as needed.
  • Help in conducting periodic internal audits and supporting external performance audits.
  • Maintain records and database related to academic data, programme standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, audit or compliance within the education sector.
  • Possess a good knowledge in Malaysian government regulations pertaining to Private Higher Education Institutions Act and Malaysian Qualifications Framework, including curriculum design, assessment, programme monitoring and review etc.
  • Exhibit a highly professional, teamwork approach in working closely and collaboratively with other staff members in the department, management and academic staff.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office applications.
