  • Refer students experiencing non-academic challenges to appropriate support personnel.
  • Participate in professional development and administrative meetings, contributing to the culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage in classroom observations for professional growth and support peer development.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of classroom and staff areas, fostering a professional work environment.
  • Fill in for colleagues in emergency situations when necessary.
