Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Mechanical)

Job Summary : The maintenance Technician will assist supervisor in performing maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of machineries and equipment. Duties/Responsibilities: 1) Responsible to perform maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical machineries. 2) Assist supervisors to conduct regular inspections and servicing of electrical and mechanical equipment to identify potential issues. 3) Test and confirm that repairs are completed properly and no extra job pending. 4) Cleans the entire department and returns tools to proper location. 5) Maintains inventory of replacement parts and equipment. 6) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. 7) Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. 8) Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications/Skills: 1) Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 2) Minimum 2 years working experience as Maintenance Technician in Precast Industries. 3)Knowledge of maintenance repair (Gantry Cranes and Overhead Cranes). 4) Strong understanding of electrical systems (wiring, circuit, motor controls) and mechanical principles (bearing, gears, hydraulics). 5) Able to interpret electrical drawings and manuals to understand the layout and functionality of electrical and mechanical systems. 6)Ability to use various hand tools for maintenance and repair tasks. 7) Capable to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending and to work at height.
