In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By
Insight and Value Proposition Development:
- Analyze baking market data to create compelling value propositions.
- Identify white space opportunities and support strategic discussions.
- Transform insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
- Plan and execute digital and marketing strategies tailored to the baking category.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing activities and projects.
- Develop and articulate pitches for new applications, current solutions, and concept ideas
- Manage baking category projects from concept to implementation, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Drive growth with top baking customers in SEA by tailoring product offerings to meet competitive demands.
- Meet with customers to develop and present pitches, showcasing the value of Novozymes' baking solutions.
- Maintain strong communication and organizational skills to manage relationships across HQ, regional offices, and various functions, focusing on the baking category.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance marketing strategies and execution for the baking category.
- Leverage creativity to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences in the banking sector and support Novozymes’
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing or business development or commercial strategy or research and consultancy in b2b or FMCG industry.
- have experience in working in a team including commercial stakeholders
