Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in store expansion planning, including site selection, setup, and opening support.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance productivity.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Work closely with supply chain teams to manage stock replenishment and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitor logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to stores.
  • Implement effective stock control measures to reduce shrinkage and wastage.

People & Stakeholder Management:

  • Provide guidance and training to store teams on best operational practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including HR, finance, and marketing, to align business strategies.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or retail management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
