ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a vibrant sustainability executive to work closely with our clients to improve their sustainability practices and addressing their ESG challenges. This role involves frequent travelling across Malaysia and requires attention to detail and being proactive while liaising with multiple stakeholders. We will provide on-the-job training for effective employee development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upskilling: Upskilling clients according to the requirements of the relevant certification schemes and providing support during external audit
- Execution: Plan the project implementation including overall coordination, scheduling site visits, organizing audits and monitoring project performance. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing high level support and engagement
- Assessment and Training: Carry out site assessment and training across Malaysia
- Report Writing: Prepare reports summarizing methodologies, findings and conclusions. Communicate results effectively to clients
- Fieldwork and Travel: Conduct fieldwork in various environments, including forests, plantations, factories and plants. Travel to sites, conferences, and workshops may be required
- Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing high-level support, engagement, and consistent operational collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in forestry, environmental science, biology, or a related field + passion for sustainability
- Keen interest in forestry principles, ecology, and natural resource management
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Canva
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other locally used languages are an advantage; please highlight when applying)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing projects and data
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives is advantageous
- Possess a valid driving license
