Job Accountabilities • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation. • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. • To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. • Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements. • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. • Prepare statement of work, proposals, and quotations for new projects & enhancements to existing systems. • Work with the support team to ensure that issues affecting the customers are resolved within the contracted SLA. Requirements • Experienced with different roles and managed various categories of projects at planning, feasibility study, and end-to-end delivery. • Ability to understand technology and business with strong analytical mind. • Exposure to software project management with at least 3 years of experience. • Domain knowledge in banking specifically • Retail Internet Banking • Cash Management • Loan Origination • Insurance Sales & Agency Portal • Familiar with project management methodologies. • Confident in presenting and interacting in a business capacity. • Relevant experience in preparing project documentation. • Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. • Talented, experienced and passion in area of software consulting and financial services. • Fast learner, competitive spirit self-motivated with optimistic attitude and high desire for new learnings. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship management. • Strong analytical abilities, initiatives, resourceful, inquisitive in nature, meticulous with strong problem-solving skills. • High resilience capability to deal with problems and manage conflicts effectively. • Independent but also a great team player. • Ability to work under pressure.
