What You’ll do?
- As the Lead Product Manager, you will be managing a team of product managers and be responsible for the development of the MediaTech platform and associated products in the Moving Walls product portfolio
- Define the product strategy and direction for the mediatech suite of product
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders including the platform owner, business owner, delivery team, sales representatives, and the engineering team placed in multiple markets helping scale the products across the globe, to discover new feature opportunities and prioritize development
- Design, build and manage the cross-functional development of this mediatech platform, or a suite of specific measurement tools, to serve multiple customers
- Responsible for building and maintaining the media tech platform’s product backlog including product requirements documents, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria
- Map out consumer profiles of those who will be using specific features campaign planning, measurement, attribution, and so on
- You will work closely with ecosystem partners driving various integrations
- You will be the subject matter expert for the product you are managing and competitor intelligence, industry trends, key differentiators, and more will be at your fingertip
- You will communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders across the organization
- Having 7-12 years of experience in leading global products in international markets, preferably with product-based B2B companies. Having expertise in AdTech industry is an additional advantage
- Must have at least 2-3 years of programming / software development experience and a strong background in coding
- Experienced at leading cross-functional teams who deliver on similar objectives
- Passionate about delivering incredible product experiences
- Having strong written and verbal communication skills so that user stories and other product documents are clearly understood
- Able to analyze product usage trends to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s experience
- having a strong technical background with proficiency in data analysis, sizing mark opportunities and decision making
