Human Resource Officer
Lead payroll operations: Oversee payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing, while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Manage compensation & benefits: Administer and review programs to ensure competitiveness, assist in salary benchmarking, and support annual salary reviews. Develop HR policies: Collaborate on drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies aligned with company objectives and local labor laws. Support HR initiatives: Participate in talent acquisition efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and various HR projects to drive organizational success. Legal knowledge: Good understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across HR functions. Independent worker: Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a senior role position, candidate must possessed at least a Diploma in Human Resource or preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with HR and payroll working experience of at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, and able to work independently. (Experience of developing company HR policy and benefits is a plus)
