
Performance Marketing Executive
We want a Performance Marketing ninja who has a strong grasp of current marketing platforms and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The role revolves around formulating and executing paid digital marketing strategies across platforms that are aligned to the client's objectives. It includes analysing campaign performance, data analysis, campaign optimisation, media planning and digital media buys across multiple-channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all performance marketing, including SEM, Meta, search and display advertising campaigns
- Strategise omni-channel campaigns to meet the client's business objectives
- Execute lead generation campaigns for high-value products that result in conversions
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)
- Identify performance trends and insights, optimise spend and targeting based on performance insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital led campaigns
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create web, mobile and social integrated solutions
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in marketing or a related field
- Basic understanding of what Performance Marketing and/or Digital Media Buys are
- Distinction (A) in Mathematics and Advance Mathematics (Ad Maths)
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic record welcome to apply
- Demonstrable knowledge of Google Ads (SEM, Display, Discovery) and/or Facebook Ads (Lead Gen), marketing database and email campaigns is an added advantage
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Understanding of optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ad Manager and other Ad serving networks) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven critical thinking
- Excellent command of English
