  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

· Able to supervise & manage a team of staff.

· Able to prepare, monitor and review management accounts including consolidation, implementing and monitoring the financial policies and procedures incorporating Internal Controls.

· Ensure all accounting transactions and reporting are updated timely, accurately and processed in accordance to the financial policies and established procedures.

· Responsible for full set of account, develop annual budgets and cash flow forecast/projections and cost analysis.

· Liaising with Auditors, Tax Agents and Financial Institutions.

· Assist and participate in any ad hoc project as required and any other affairs assigned by the Management in respect of the job position.

· Candidate must possess at least an ACCA/CPA, Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in accounting or equivalent.

· Those with partial qualification with related experience will be considered. At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required.

· Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and proficiency in computerized accounting such as Auto Count and/or UBS Accounting System.

· Strong verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese language.

· Occasional travel.

· Independent with high initiative, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required, able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.

· Good Knowledge in Plantations, Trading and/or related industries will be added advantage.

· Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels.

· High level of integrity, commitment and a good team player.
