QUALIFICATIONS • 3- 5 years’ experience including managerial • Well experience with Western cuisine and Asian cuisine • Can handle non halal food • Have own transportation - able to travel • Have own accommodation • Leadership and communication • Time management and multitasking • Knowledge of food safety and regulations • Budgeting and financial acumen • Culinary creativity
