JOB SUMMARY: - 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for coffee machines, beans, and other related products. 2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our coffee machines and beans. 3. Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned market segment to provide required services and solicit for orders. 4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. 5. Explain the technical and functional aspects of coffee machines to customers. 6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 7. Communicating customer requirements to product management teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - 1. Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers 2. Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long-lasting relationships 3. Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies 4. Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads 5. Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations 6. Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability 7. Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance JOB REQUIREMENT: - • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field • At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an F&B environment • Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best • as a good understanding of different sales techniques • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills • Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter • With Coffee Machine & Coffee Beans Experience
