to join them their finance Team.

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. This role will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, ensuring the organization maintains financial health and complies with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Budgeting:
- Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Develop long-term financial plans and strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against the budget, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Prepare reports for external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Cash Flow & Risk Management:
- Manage company cash flow, ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Oversee investment decisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Compliance & Internal Controls:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Coordinate and support audits, both internal and external.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Provide guidance on financial best practices and procedures across departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA, CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
