Responsible for timely and accurate processing of HR payroll & other transactional activities. Ensuring Personnel Administration, Letters, Employee Insurance Registration & Termination are processed in compliance with HR policies and procedures while continuously seeking to identify opportunities for improvement to rise with their supervisor and the department management. Manage to prepare and analyze reports with good data maintenance and meet the accuracy. The role requires a high ability to follow defined processes and steps to ensure the rigorous controls put in place by management are properly executed. Accountable for high-level data integrity and maintaining the confidentiality of information within Human Resources department.

Payroll Processing:

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll processing

Personnel Administration (PA):

  • Follow up, review and verify documents received for new joiner & employee movements from the relevant party either via manual or online.
  • Ensure all the documents been uploaded and saved into HRIS and respective employee profile in a timely manner
  • Ensure Personnel File tracker always updated
  • Understand the full process of profile creation, personal information and staff movement updates and provide assistant when necessary

Employee Insurance:

  • Manage registration for new joiners and termination for exiting employees
  • Provide active insured member listing to C&B team for annual renewal process
  • Generate GL letter for admission
  • Outpatient AIA claims verification & approval
  • Perform validation on the insurance billing vs employee movement prior processing for payment

Letter Issuance:

  • Issue letters (General Letters) requested by employees or HRBP via HR MyRequest Form

Leave Management:

  • Attended to employee query on certain request to delete the backdated leave record
  • Generate relevant leave reports upon requirements
  • Perform system maintenance updates for leave set up

Ad Hoc Task:

  • Support ESS approval equally which related to E-Profile, E-Claim & E-Leave.
  • Involvement in HR system enhancement project

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in managing HR PA & payroll for Degree holders
  • Experienced in Payroll & HR Operations role
  • Understands HRIS and Employees’ life cycle
  • Knowledge in benefit administration via HR system & how it links to payroll system.
  • Experienced in Insurance/Medical benefit administration
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft Office specially Excel (Intermediate Level) and payroll system
