Job Description

  • Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned advertising campaigns including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads to meet clients’ objective & marketing goals.
  • Identify client’s key business objectives, work closely with stakeholders & internal departments including account management, creative, content & tech team to craft digital strategies & plans to meet client’s marketing goals in order to maximize ROI; recommend changes & updates whenever necessary to project stakeholders or clients in order to enhance campaign performance.
  • Communicate and collaborate with external parties such as partner channels, vendors and clients whenever necessary.
  • Identify and be observant to monitor & analyse industry and competitor trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
  • Analyse using tools include but not limited to Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Marketplace’s portal, social media analytic tools, and to prepare various reports for internal/external parties on the performance of the assigned ads campaigns as well as to help identify opportunity areas for growth and improvement.
  • Able to make data-driven justifications or decisions based on monitoring & analysis of advertising campaigns performance, constantly optimise campaigns in order to achieve campaigns’ goals & KPIs based on key metrics.
  • Ensure reporting is delivered timely, accurately and with meaningful insights, provide recommendations & advisory to internal team or client in order to enhance the existing or future campaigns.
  • Guiding & mentoring junior members of the team including providing guidance & consultation to ensure campaign delivery and quality is up to performance standards & client’s expectations, regular monitoring & foresee problem/s before it happens.
  • Regular research to fully understand and stay abreast of digital marketing & industry ecosystems through individual research or company training, assist team leads to improve on team’s processes and growth.
  • Able to find solutions and deliver results within a rapid changing, entrepreneurial, data-driven culture.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-4 year(s) of work experience in managing, planning & implementing paid media.
  • Hands-on experience of planning & buying of digital media including Meta & Google ads for brand campaigns & ecommerce campaigns. Experience on other platforms is a plus.
  • Organize, high attention to details & have excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, performance-driven, result oriented & great problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, concepts & best practices.
  • Analytical and charting ability for interpretation of statistics/data where required.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Work with project stakeholders on digital proposal preparation & presentation for existing & new clients.
  • Exposure in Meta Blueprint Certified or Google Certifications or Google Analytic is an added advantage
  • Internet-savvy and excellent in numbers and analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, should understand formulas and pivot tables.
  • Proactive, initiative, resourceful, innovative, good in multitasking & with a growth mindset.
  • Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without any problem in managing multiple projects and resources
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
  • Proficiency in one or more Asian Languages is a plus (Chinese, Bahasa Melayu)
