This role offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources, providing exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. • Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials, assist in orientation sessions, and ensure proper documentation for new hires and exiting employees. • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee databases and files with accuracy and confidentiality. • HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and preparing HR documents. • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing staff events, workshops, and other engagement activities. • General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
