Accounts Executive

Overview Our client has built a strong reputation for technology and innovation as a gaming equipment supplier across markets in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Macau and Laos. They are seeking an accounting professional to provide timely, reliable and accurate financial data and information while adhering to standard procedures, guidelines and accounting principles. Location Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan Remuneration Up to RM 4,000 based on work experience Responsibilities Full Set of Accounts & Financial Reporting Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, maintaining fixed asset records and ensuring timely submission of financial reports, including MOF quarterly reports and external audit documentation. Accounts Receivable & Payable Management Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices from trade debtors, manage payments to trade creditors and ensure accurate inter-company billing and reconciliation. Cash Flow & Bank Reconciliation Maintain accurate cash flow records by updating bank books daily, performing bank reconciliations and validating staff claims with proper supporting documents. Budgeting & Forecasting Support Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets, provide financial insights through sales order reports and support financial planning activities. Regulatory Compliance & Ad-hoc Tasks Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations while handling additional duties assigned to support the finance team’s operations. Requirements • Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent qualification • At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP B1) and Microsoft Office • Ability to handle a full set of accounts, including GST compliance documentation How to Apply Immediate joiners may apply online or send their applications to [email protected]
