  • Capital Markets:
  • Support M&A activities, capital raising, and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals.
  • Assist in debt/equity financing.
  • Financial Analysis & Modelling:
  • Analyse financial statements, earnings reports, and key performance metrics for peer benchmarking purposes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Conduct market or company specific research to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Investor Engagements:
  • Prepare investor presentation materials and respond to their queries regarding the company’s performance and strategy.
  • Support investor roadshows, conferences, and events.
  • Collect investor feedback and maintain records of interactions and communications.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in financial markets and investor relations is a plus.
