The Corporate Finance Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the Group’s capital market initiatives, analysing financial data and investor engagements. Key deliverables include M&A activities, company research and financial models to support the Group’s future growth. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Capital Markets:
- Support M&A activities, capital raising, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct due diligence, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals.
- Assist in debt/equity financing.
- Financial Analysis & Modelling:
- Analyse financial statements, earnings reports, and key performance metrics for peer benchmarking purposes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Conduct market or company specific research to assess risks and opportunities.
- Investor Engagements:
- Prepare investor presentation materials and respond to their queries regarding the company’s performance and strategy.
- Support investor roadshows, conferences, and events.
- Collect investor feedback and maintain records of interactions and communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis.
- Experience in financial markets and investor relations is a plus.
