Senior Frontend Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing user-facing features for our web applications, working closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers. You will lead the implementation of complex frontend features, ensure seamless integration with backend services, and drive improvements in user experience, performance, and scalability. Responsibilities: • Lead the development and maintenance of responsive and high-performance user interfaces for web applications using React.js. • Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate the overall team's frontend development skills. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and a smooth, intuitive user experience. • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring an optimal experience on all devices. • Lead the implementation of frontend testing frameworks, and ensure robust unit and integration testing for code quality. • Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, APIs, and microservices. • Architect and develop reusable, maintainable React components, following best practices and high coding standards. • Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux or Context API to handle application data. • Integrate with backend APIs to fetch and display data, ensuring real-time data consistency, error handling, and smooth data flow. • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve the development process. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer or similar senior-level role with a strong portfolio of complex React.js projects. • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), modern frontend frameworks, and build tools (such as Webpack, Babel, etc.). • Extensive experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API, and a deep understanding of frontend architecture. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex frontend issues. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and work collaboratively across teams, including mentoring junior developers. • Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques and web accessibility standards.
