Job Description 1. Conducting financial analysis to assess existing portfolio companies’ performance as well as potential M&A targets. 2. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. 3. Prepare and present financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. 4. Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business planning and decision-making. 5. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects. 6. Preparing periodic reports for our listed entities including quarterly, half-yearly and yearly operational activities reporting as required under ASX rules. 7. Preparing material announcements for release on the ASX. 8. Preparing presentations for investor meetings and conferences. 9. Represent the Company as a point-of-contact for investor engagement. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in such fields are a plus. 2. 3-5 years of experience in Advisory or Consulting, Investment Banking (Corporate Finance), Venture Capital, Private Equity or a similar setting. 3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Cloud services (Google Docs, Sheets, etc). 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong communication and presentation skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. 9. CFA, CPA, or other relevant certifications. 10. Experience in Technology Sector. 11. Passion for utilizing and maximizing Generative AI tools.
