Business Development Executive / Senior Executive
1. Market Research & Analysis: * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitor activities. * Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities. * Stay up-to-date with industry news and product developments. 2. New Business Development: * Identify and target potential retailers, including independent toy stores, department stores, online retailers, and specialty shops. * Generate leads and proactively pursue new business opportunities. * Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. * Negotiate and close deals with new clients. 3. Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. * Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. * Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met. * Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. 4. Sales & Target Achievement: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns. * Forecast sales and provide accurate sales projections. 5. Product Knowledge: * Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its features and benefits. * Provide product training and support to clients. * Stay informed about new product launches and updates. 6. Reporting and Administration: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. * Utilize CRM systems to maintain information.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retailers, and expanding our market presence.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the toy or retail industry. * Strong understanding of the retail landscape and distribution channels. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Passion for toys and the children's market. * Ability to travel as required.
