- Basic excel knowledge will be in advantage.
- Verify and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Follow up with customer or teams to ensure payments received
- Ensure timely account closing, including data entry, report preparation, supporting schedules and related matters;
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by HOD or management.
- Diploma or school leavers are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel is essential
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Ability to work independently, accurately and in a fast-paced environment.
- Mature personality, reliable, possess self-initiative and have attention to details.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
