  • Basic excel knowledge will be in advantage.
  • Verify and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Follow up with customer or teams to ensure payments received
  • Ensure timely account closing, including data entry, report preparation, supporting schedules and related matters;
  • To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by HOD or management.
  • Diploma or school leavers are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel is essential
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Ability to work independently, accurately and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mature personality, reliable, possess self-initiative and have attention to details.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
