Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, export sales, international sales, and international business activities on a day-to-day basis.

  • Export and International Sales experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Tech will be an advantage.

Job Description

  • Develop, grow and maintain clientele for international markets as assigned.
  • Perform market study, and strategy, understand the market and initiate the sales plan.
  • Plan and execute sales activities or business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand export sales process and after sales service.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with the existing or new customer for long-term business relationship.
  • Monitor and recommend improvement to the personal sales plans.
  • Monitor Export shipment process for each personal client until the goods received.
  • Willing to travel outstation and able to attend to client during off days.
  • To carry out any other duties/job function as instructed by Head of Department or Management from time to time
