  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Engineering Infrastructure Construction.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure marine infrastructure, including projects such as offshore pier construction, bridge viaducts, jetty development, and other water body-related structures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget oversight and reporting.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and sustainability practices.
