Job title: Junior / Senior Account Executive

Mainly responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance and supporting the firm's financial operations. Key tasks:

Responsibilities

  • Able to handle full set of accounts (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Reports)
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are made on time.
  • Oversee the billing process for consultancy services, ensuring invoices are accurately generated and sent to clients on time.
  • Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and bank statements.
  • Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate recording of employee payments, benefits, and deductions.
  • Support the finance team in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Track profitability and cost-effectiveness of consultancy projects and operations.
  • Opportunity to support and involve in CFO-related and IPO consultancy projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in accounting, finance or related fields
