Junior/Senior Account Executive (at least 2 years relevant experience)
VCorp Capital is an asset management and investment firm focuses on pre-IPO investment and advisory. We are expanding our team including finance and accounting team to support our expanding operations.
Job title: Junior / Senior Account Executive
Mainly responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance and supporting the firm's financial operations. Key tasks:
Responsibilities
- Able to handle full set of accounts (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Reports)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are made on time.
- Oversee the billing process for consultancy services, ensuring invoices are accurately generated and sent to clients on time.
- Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts and bank statements.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate recording of employee payments, benefits, and deductions.
- Support the finance team in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and deadlines.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making by senior management.
- Track profitability and cost-effectiveness of consultancy projects and operations.
- Opportunity to support and involve in CFO-related and IPO consultancy projects.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in accounting, finance or related fields
