Business Development Manager (Greater China), 业务发展经理（大中华区）
Lemon Sky Studios, a global animation studio, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the BD Director. This role will focus on managing and expanding our Greater China-based accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams for the covered market
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research findings
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Monitor personal sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies
- Track and report key business development metrics and KPIs to the executive team
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the animation, gaming, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the Greater China market and business culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving result
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
