Product Specialist ( Pharmacy Sector )
We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented product specialist to promote our client’s healthcare products to healthcare professionals. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as we provide comprehensive sales-related training to all our pharmacy product specialists.
Requirements:
- Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
- Chinese Language proficiency
- 1 – 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business will be an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Self-motivated, energetic, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Territory management - Daily field visits ( retail pharmacy ) and review visit activities at a frequency as spelt out in itineraries to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time required.
- Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising.
- Ensure new product penetration and continue sales in pharmacies in the assigned area.
- Provides professional customers servicing through regular coverage, develop ability to respond to physicians’ requirements and queries effectively.
- Record and maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction.
- To follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager and Business Unit Head.
