"What would my job scope be?"
- Strategize, ideate and execute digital marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.
- Develop and execute high-impact multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Brand.com (with Amazon US and Shopee Singapore as secondary platforms).
- Leverage in-platform ads and CPAS ads to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Optimize performance marketing strategies, including paid search (SEM), display advertising, SEO, and social media ads, to drive ROAS.
- Implement data-driven email marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and upsell customers.
- Analyze and track campaign performance across all platforms, identifying key insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, creative, content, and product teams) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in digital marketing innovations.
- A/B test creatives, messaging, and audience segments to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations to improve the company's marketing efforts.
"What are the requirements to apply?"
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on consumer products preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Solid track record of people management and rapport building, including with partners
- Must possess excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising
- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and website optimization
- Ability to manage a 5-figure ads budget monthly
- Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work extra hours during big campaigns
- Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
