Business Development Executive
1. User Training & Support • Conduct training sessions for clients, partners, and new users on the platform’s features and benefits. • Assist users in understanding estate planning concepts and how Koha Digital simplifies the process. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Business Growth & Partnerships • Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and legacy planners. • Build strong relationships with financial services providers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders. • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s reach. 3. Event & Webinar Management • Organize and participate in company events, webinars, and workshops to promote Koha Digital’s offerings. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful presentations and materials. • Engage with attendees, answer queries, and convert leads into active users. 4. Sales & Customer Engagement • Present Koha Digital’s solutions to potential clients and partners. • Follow up on leads and close deals with individuals and corporate clients. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities. 5. Market Research & Strategy • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and user experience. 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partnerships, and event participation. • Prepare reports on business development efforts, customer feedback, and market insights. • Work closely with management to align strategies with company goals.
• Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields (preferably in financial services, fintech, or insurance). Fresh graduates welcome to apply. • Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to train and educate users on digital platforms. • Experience in organizing and participating in events and webinars. • Goal-driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. • Preferred: Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage (to support Mandarin-speaking clients).
