The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, and employer branding, preferably within the iGaming sector. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the iGaming industry.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring candidates in SEA markets.
- Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of market research, talent mapping, and employer branding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with iGaming industry trends and hiring needs (strongly preferred).
- Salary Range: €1,500 (good match) - €2,500 (very good match)
