Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the iGaming industry.
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
Candidate Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring candidates in SEA markets.
  • Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge of market research, talent mapping, and employer branding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with iGaming industry trends and hiring needs (strongly preferred).
