Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate a team of hardware technicians or laborers.
  • Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor team performance.

Hardware Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose issues with hardware systems and ensure timely repairs.
  • Identify root causes of hardware failures and implement preventive measures.

Inventory and Resource Management

  • Manage hardware tools and spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of hardware components.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on hardware performance, maintenance schedules, and team activities.

Equipment Optimization

  • Monitor hardware performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement upgrades or replacements to enhance efficiency.

Coordination With Other Departments

  • Collaborate with IT, production, or logistics teams to ensure hardware systems align with organizational goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for hardware-related issues across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Need to have hardware background.
  • Min 2 Year working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Manage warehouse ( hardware stuff ).
  • Packaging things and unloading goods.
