- Collaborate with clients and the Sales team to finalize briefs and clearly define all campaign deliverables.
- Ensure all campaign briefs are executable and reflect client expectations accurately.
- Lead the onboarding process for new Essentials and Basic accounts, setting clear client expectations and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct internal and external kickoff meetings to align teams on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Establish long-term client success through clear and comprehensive onboarding processes.
- Build and nurture relationships with Essentials and Basic account clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
