Position Overview:

As a Client Success Manager at Cult Creative, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategy and execution for Essentials and Basic account clients. You will be responsible for ensuring impactful, data-driven campaigns that align with client objectives. In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, overseeing campaign execution and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Drive retention and growth by delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Mentor and support the Client Success Executive team, guiding them to align their work with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Brief Setup:
  • Create and manage detailed campaign briefs for Essentials and Basic accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals, messaging, target audience, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with clients and the Sales team to finalize briefs and clearly define all campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure all campaign briefs are executable and reflect client expectations accurately.
2. Client Onboarding and Campaign Kickoff:
  • Lead the onboarding process for new Essentials and Basic accounts, setting clear client expectations and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct internal and external kickoff meetings to align teams on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish long-term client success through clear and comprehensive onboarding processes.
3. Relationship & Project Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with Essentials and Basic account clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure client satisfaction through effective project management.
  • Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring on-time execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creators and other departments, to ensure timely resource allocation.
  • Proactively address challenges or client issues, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
4. Research and Creative Experimentation:
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and new creators to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
  • Develop and propose new UGC strategies, leveraging emerging trends to enhance campaign value.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft creative and impactful campaign ideas.
5. Performance Metrics and Retention:
  • Oversee campaign delivery to ensure alignment with client performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Aim for a 60%+ retention rate for Essentials and Basic accounts, driving renewals and upsells.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose strategies for continuous growth.
6. Mentorship and Team Support:
  • Mentor and guide Client Success Executives, ensuring they execute campaigns efficiently and align with client objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, driving professional growth and successful project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing, preferably within the social media or influencer marketing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client goals into impactful campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting tools.
