Role Description
We need a passionate Recruiter to join our dynamic team connect with high potential candidates and take on the exciting challenge of identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional professionals who will drive our company's success.
- Drive Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with business teams to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies, using diverse channels to attract top talent.
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to- end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to evaluating candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Channel Development & Management: Build, maintain, and optimize recruitment channels including external job boards, internal referrals, headhunting, and social networks. Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of these channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Above: A full-time Degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ Years of Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a background in headhunting preferred.
- Excellent communications & Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Recruitment & Interviewing: Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with a commitment to personal development and becoming an expert in the recruitment field.
