What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with portfolio manager and stakeholders in AirAsia to strategize, conceptualize, define, design, develop and deliver the product backlog to provide a solution, channel and medium around Enterprise Technology to internal customers and stakeholders in the areas of Enterprise Solutions, Office Automation, Finance, Source to Sell and Back Office systems
  • Help portfolio manager in identifying technologies and solutions to enable Allstars to increase productivity, efficiency and reduce cost across the Airlines Operations
  • Bring ease of use and simplicity to AirAsia Enterprise platforms enhancing the overall stakeholders experience Work with software engineering team to work on new ideas from conceptualization to prototyping to engineering to production Work with Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements and stories
  • Experienced in C level communication and able to sell the value a product can bring to the stakeholders Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with the maximum value that is aligned with product strategy
  • To ensure IT-to-Business SLA is met.
  • Oversee and ensure Enterprise systems comply with the security policy and standards.
  • Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals Work closely with IT procurement to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and Enterprise product requirements are met

About You:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field Previously managed Enterprise Products in any areas of Finance, Office Automation, Source to Sell or similar domain
  • Overall 7+ years of work experience with minimum 5 years in Product Management role Good understanding of APIs and Microservices, Data Science, UI/UX Good understanding of cloud (preferably Google cloud) and associated areas like app engine, pub/sub, cloud storage, monitoring, big query etc
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Prior experience working in the Travel or Enterprise Product domain is a big plus
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision

Travel:

  • Work in Sepang (next to KLIA2) and travel if and when needed to collaborate with various stakeholders.
