Customer Service Operations Associate

We are looking for a customer service operation representative with broad Order Management knowledge, skill and solid experience with industry standard technologies to join us.
- Back office end to end Order Management support
- Manage Order Management end to end processes from order booking to shipment and invoicing
- Validate and ensure adherence to Corporate Order Acceptance Policy, standard terms and condition and export administration requirement. Review PO/contract and ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions, and ensure supporting document is in order.
- Work with CCC front office and cross-functional teams e.g. sales. OF team, logistics, service delivery, collection/credit and global trade team to meet committed delivery date and customer’s special delivery requirement
- Align with business growth initiatives and support management on revenue plan
- Be always updated with new process and procedure, proactively review the business process and look for improvement opportunities and deliver breakthrough ideas that contributes to customer satisfaction and operation excellence
- Get involve in training / mentorship and projects when necessary
- Bachelors Degree or University Degree or equivalent
- Able to read, write and communicate in Mandarin language (for China market)
- Preferred 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Practical experience in Oracle / Salesforce and / or Order Management business function knowledge experience will be added advantages
- Positive attitude, fast learning, flexible and able to perform in challenging environment
